Redesign

Project

Background

Wowflow is an app designed to streamline facility and maintenance management processes. Apart from creating issues, it's crucial for field workers to easily view and understand the details of each issue to effectively address and resolve them.

The redesign aimed to enhance the viewing experience by making it more intuitive, comprehensive, and mobile-friendly.

Problems

  • User Flow: Field workers had to navigate through various sections to access all the necessary information about an issue or to document their work.

  • Complexity: The process was too detailed and time-consuming for quick issue reporting.

  • Navigation: Complex navigation made it hard for users to quickly find specific details about an issue.

  • Usability: The interface was cluttered, making it difficult for users to focus on the primary tasks.
